There is some talk of God and religion and I know many here are wary of such approaches, but there are many people who find strength and solace in religion and if they need that to help break their pornography addictions then I'm okay posting it here.

Exploding Myths About Porn:
Porn is harmless. Sex in porn is without relationship, commitment, consequences and responsibility. Porn addicts often lead secret lives and are filled with guilt and shame. Porn mars your heart and soul. You feel dead inside.
Pornography doesn't have an effect on other people's lives or my relationships. Jobs are lost, relationships are destroyed and finances ruined due to an addict's involvement in pornography.
Porn is an outlet, would you rather I have an affair? It doesn't make sense to focus on sex outside of your relationship. The focus needs to be placed on respect, dignity, love and sex in a healthy relationship.
All men are into pornography. Not all men view pornographic materials. There are groups of men against pornography. Saying all men like porn is like saying all women want to be stay at home moms.
Pornography is harmless entertainment. Hours, days and years of your life are wasted. Time and talent are wasted. You have so much to offer. You weren't created to waste your life on porn. God has bigger plans for you.
