I stumbled across this website today and I think it looks great and has good info. The cartoon women are especially awesome, and the rundown on how prostitution has failed in Victoria, Australia is well worth checking out.

Who is B.E.W.A.R.E?

B.E.W.A.R.E (Become Enraged Wimmin Against Rape & Exploitation) is a radical lesbian feminist and radical feminist collective that is uncompromising in its aims to liberate wimmin, animals and the earth from men's oppression.

B.E.W.A.R.E stands against all people who act in a sexually violent manner against wimmin and children and those who support them- through friendship, money and apathy. We recognise that wimmin in systems of sexual exploitation are often unable to exercise choice in this matter.

Sexual violence is the ab/use of wimmin, children and animals by usually male perpetrator's, or by wimmin who have been trained by them. Its most common forms are rape, pedophilia, pornography, prostitution, sex trafficking, sadomasochism and battery.

The psychological seasoning of wimmin and girls precedes the perpetuation and acceptance of male sexual violence. It is for this reason that we advocate a zero tolerance politics for white and male supremacy.

Misogyny must be stopped, the time is now and the militant feminists are us.

Rain and Thunder: A Radical Feminist Journal of discussion and activism.

"Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet deprecate agitation, are those who want crops without plowing; they want rain without thunder and lightning; they want ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will." --Frederick Douglass

"A RADICAL FEMINIST perspective is one that is aware that:

MEN ARE WAGING A WAR against women;

Rape, battering, incest, prostitution, pornography, poverty, heterosexuality, and gynocide are some of the main INSTRUMENTS OF MALE SUPREMACY;

ALL FORMS OF HIERARCHY AND DOMINATION, including misogyny, racism, classism, and every other interconnected oppression, MUST BE OPPOSED;

ORGANIZED, POLITICAL RESISTANCE IS NECESSARY to make change in our local communities and the world;

We must strive to ERADICATE DOMINATION AND SUBORDINATION from our personal lives and practices.

Join us in creating a culture of resistance and a liberation movement!"

Equality Now documents violence and discrimination against women and mobilizes international action to support their efforts to stop these human rights abuses. http://www.equalitynow.org/

Lola Greene Baldwin Foundation

The Lola Greene Baldwin Foundation for Recovery was created in 1999 by three professionals with over fifty years experience working with survivors of war, prostitution, domestic violence, and other trauma. They saw the need for a more expanded treatment program for prostitution survivors, as well as more public discussions on the issue of prostitution as a serious human rights violation. http://www.prostitutionrecovery.org/

Street Harassment Project

Because women are terrorized daily in public spaces, our personal space violated by men who block our paths and use a too intimate and insulting language toward us that becomes overtly threatening when a woman expresses her anger at these affronts. Because on June 11, 2000, hundreds of men assaulted, stripped and fondled over 56 women in the public space of Central Park. http://streetharassmentproject.org/

I recently found several anti-pornography groups online at MySpace.com. They are,Men Against Porn,Anti-Porn,and Against Pornography.They have 100's of mostly young men and women members. They are not coming from a feminist perspective that much but there are young men who quit using porn and a young 18 year old woman who said there are so many non-religious reasons to feel porn is wrong,she said look at how women are portayed as objects in adds and other media.
