Two online courses here on sex trafficking, one summer one fall. World wide access:


This summer and fall, I will be teaching two advanced courses on human trafficking and slavery through the University of Rhode Island. The courses will be taught entirely online, so you can enroll and complete these courses from anywhere in the world.

These courses are appropriate for advanced undergraduate students, graduate students, and professionals working in the field.

Summer 2006 (May 21 to July 27, 2007)
WMS 490 "Human Trafficking and Contemporary Slavery"
This course focuses on contemporary human trafficking and slavery, including sex trafficking, bonded labor, forced labor, child soldiers, and domestic servant slavery. WMS 490 "Campaigns and Services for Victims of Trafficking and Slavery"
This course focuses on historical and contemporary campaigns for ending human trafficking and slavery and on providing services to contemporary victims of human trafficking and slavery.
