Growing Up Tutu ... and MySpace

As the daughters of one of the most revered/hated men in South Africa and the world, Thandeka Tutu-Gxashe and Nontombi Naomi Tutu would spend many years growing up away from the volatile life in their homeland and a traditional home life with their parents. The two sisters shared their stories and experiences living in South Africa, Europe and now, in the American South as part of the National Black Arts Festival's Creatively Speaking Conversation Series.

Also, the audio from last week's "Their Memories, Our Treasures" event held at the Auburn Avenue Research Library as part of the National Black Arts Festival's Literary Festival has also been uploaded.
