New audio for this week is up at Some of Us Are Brave (http://www.live365.com/stations/souab).

If you've never been to the National Black Arts Festival, you truly do not know what you are missing. If you've never heard of Charlayne Hunter-Gault or Pearl Cleage, you truly do not know what you are missing. But it's okay … we now live in the age of Google, so it's relatively easy for you to rectify this deficiency.

Most of the audio that will be compiled this week has one particular theme (altho there are many others present) and that theme is history and remembrance. If we do not remember the struggles, legacies and wisdom of Our Elders and Our Ancestors, especially Our Mothers - regardless of their political tendencies, we are in for a world of trouble.

Wait a minit, we already in a world of trouble …
