FORMER internet porn king Greg Lasrado yesterday pleaded guilty to possessing heroin, but will have to wait another week to learn his fate.
The prosecution dropped a further charge of possession before Lasrado, 36, entered his guilty plea at Brisbane Magistrate's Court yesterday.
Defence barrister Chris Wilson successfully applied for an adjournment to obtain references and other material.
Magistrate John Lock extended Lasrado's bail until his sentencing on Monday.
Lasrado, who once made millions of dollars a year from a series of online pornography businesses, was arrested by detectives on February 16 after they found five grams of heroin at his Kenmore Hills home.
In an earlier court appearance over the matter, police alleged Lasrado had a $4500-a-day heroin habit.
During the mid-1990s, Lasrado lived the high life in Brisbane, with luxury houses in the city and units at the Gold Coast.
His property portfolio included the landmark St Lucia "pink palace", which sold last year for a reported $7 million.
Lasrado drove a $500,000 black Lamborghini Diablo in the late 1990s and spent $7 million acquiring a penthouse in the Palazzo Versace.
After a series of disputes with his bank, his funds ran out. He left the pornography business but continued his expensive lifestyle.
