believe it or not.
In 1973 Mao Tze Dong, China's leader offered henry Kissinger 10 million Women in return for trade aid.

10, million slaves.

I remember when the US Olympics bribe controversy happened, the judges for the next Olympics site were vetted by men who made a list of bribes for each judge. Next to one judge's name was written "Gift of girl acceptable."

i remember that too! it was in harper's i think.
i've always wanted to use that quote for something, but i haven't yet.
I guess some slavery feels like freedom.
